After a couple of hours i ended up defaulting to my early years and went for a gander into the rock pools and had a ball finding all kinds in and under the rocks, plenty of natural baits to be had if you ever forget to pick some up before fishing.

i fly fish for trout ect but always wanted to try fly fishing on the sea or off rocks any suggestions where i can do this near glasgow or loch lomond way ect.
